Commercially packaged product that contains dry pasta mixed with dry ingredients that, when reconstituted with liquid, will form a cream-style dish. Includes mixes described as carbonara or sour cream style. Typical ingredients include pasta, cheese, whey and skim milk powder, salt, spices and colours.
