Processing
- Energy is stored as published kilojoules; calories are derived at 4.184 kJ/Cal.
- Products are excluded when energy is missing, or outside 0โ4,000 kJ per 100 g โ that range catches entries where calories were typed into the kilojoule field.
- Products are deduplicated by barcode, keeping the most complete record.
- Recipe nutrition is summed from ingredient weights and divided across cooked weight.
