Vanilla ice cream. Major ingredients include cream, milk, sugar, gums and emulsifiers. Prepared by freezing rapidly with agitation to aerate the ice cream and give a light texture. Includes premium and gourmet ice creams with fat content ~15%. Some samples contain egg yolk.
